PROMOTER
1. The “Promoter” is Fairfield City Central, owned by Elanor Investment Nominees Pty Ltd and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Fairfield City Central address is: 54 Smart Street, Fairfield NSW 2165.
2. Promotional Period: The Fairfield City Central – ‘Diamonds for mum. Shop & Win’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am, Monday 13 April 2026 and conclude at 11.59pm, Sunday 10 May 2026.
HOW TO ENTER
3. Make a spend of $25 or more at any specialty retailer or $75 or more at Woolworths or Best & Less within the promotional period and keep your receipt(s).
4. Fill out the entry form and place it in the barrel located near Soul Pattison.
PRIZE AND DRAW
5. Prize: 9ct Allura Lab-Grown Diamond Studs from Prouds the Jewellers.
6. Total prize pool value is RRP $1,399.
7. The winner will be drawn at random by Centre Management or an appointed third party at 11am on Monday 11 May 2026.
8. The winners will be contacted by phone/email on the same day.
9. If despite every reasonable effort the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place 2
weeks after the first draw takes place.
10. The Prize must be collected from the Centre Management office between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
11. The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
12. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be
subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Fairfield City Central and any
further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
13. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
14. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and
tenants of Fairfield City Central and the agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and
grandparents.
15. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s
nominated parent or guardian.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant
who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with
the Conditions of Entry, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
17. The Winner will be published on the Fairfield City Central Facebook and Instagram page.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry
process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval
of the gaming authorities, where required.
19. If all or any part of the term and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be
declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision
(or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms
and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
