PROMOTER

1. The “Promoter” is Fairfield City Central, owned by Elanor Investment Nominees Pty Ltd and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. Fairfield City Central address is: 54 Smart Street, Fairfield NSW 2165.
2. Promotional Period: The Fairfield City Central – ‘Christmas sorted, $1000 up for grabs’ promotion (the “Promotion”) will commence at 9am Tuesday 4 November and conclude at 11.59pm, Sunday 30 November 2025.

HOW TO ENTER

• Spend $25 or more at any specialty retailer or $80 or more at Best & Less or Woolworths within the promotional period. 
• Fill out the online entry form to go in the draw for first, second or third prize. Enter here: https://fairfieldcitycentral.com.au/whats-on/
• Multiple receipts to makeup the total are accepted but must be taken and uploaded as one photo.

PRIZE AND DRAW

• First prize is a $500 gift card, second prize is a $300 gift card and third prize is a $200 gift card.
• The total prize pool is valued at $1,000.
• The winners will be drawn at random at 11am on Monday 1 December 2025 by Centre Management or a third party appointed.
• The winners will be notified via phone or email.
• If despite every reasonable effort, the winners cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place two weeks later.
• The prizes must be collected directly from the Centre Management office. Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm.
• The prize is set and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on ‘How to enter’ forms part of these ‘Conditions of Entry’. All entrants will be subject to, adhere to, the terms and conditions set out by Fairfield City Central and any further terms and conditions or alterations to these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to Sydney residents only.
3. Employees and contractors, the Promoter and their immediate families, all retailers and tenants of Fairfield City Central and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate families meaning parents, siblings, spouse, children and grandparents.
4. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian.
5. The Winners will be announced in the comments on the Fairfield City Central Facebook and Instagram page.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities, where required.
7. If all or any part of the term and condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
